Our goal is to offer patients superior service at a great value. We learned several years ago that the best way to accomplish this goal was to stop working for insurance companies and instead work directly for you, our patients, providing the personalized care we think you deserve.
We understand that finances often limit one’s choices, particularly in this difficult economic climate. That’s why we have reduced the amount we charge our patients across the board, from office visits to major surgery. We feel this reduced-fee approach is a suitable alternative to participating with most major insurance plans.*
Processing Out-of-Network Claims
Keep in mind that many health plans offer out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance provider to see if your plan includes such benefits. If you choose to see one of our healthcare professionals using your out-of-network benefits, you will need to pay for your services upfront at the end of each office visit. Our front desk staff will then provide you with two copies of your checkout sheet (with itemized fees and diagnoses)—one for your records and one to submit to your insurance company. Simply submit the paperwork to your insurance company to receive your reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.
